Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup sela basmati rice


  • 2-3 stems of mint leaves


  • 1 Bay leaf


  • 1 inch cinnamon


  • 1 star


  • 2-3 cardamom


  • 1 big cardamom


  • 200 gm paneer


  • 1 tsp panjabi garam masala


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp chopped Capsicum


  • 1 tsp onion


  • 2-3 tsp ghee


  • 1tsb salt


  • 2 cup oil for fry


  • 1-2 tsp araroot


  • 1 cup sweet curd for serving

Directions

  • Take a rice and soak for 15-20 minutes and boil it with all khada masala Now take pan and put ghee and add chopped onion Capsicum and saute
  • Now add turmeric powder cilli powder and punjabi garam masala and add 80% cooked rice and mix it well add salt
  • For making egg from Paneer grate paneer and make three part from 100gms and mix colour red yellow and green and make a balls coat with ara lot
  • Now another 100 gms paneer grate it and make a big oval shape ball and put one yellow small ball in it now coat with ara lot or cornflour and fry all the balls on slow flame
  • Allow it on room temperature
  • Now cut the oval ball from the middle and add in a cooked rice
  • Add all three colors balls in rice now put charcoal in a biryani and cover with lead for 2-3 minutes and after three minutes open the lead remove the charcoal and serve with sweet curd
  • Yummy and tasty biryani os ready to serve
